Had a fantastic weekend at this hotel! The location was perfect for us, as it was very central and close to all the major tourist attractions. We also loved that it was only a short walk from the train station, which made getting around very easy. The restaurants inside the hotel were great, particularly the Japanese restaurant which had some delicious vegan options. The staff were amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
There was a small issue during check-in where they forgot to give us our breakfast vouchers, but this was quickly resolved when we brought it to their attention. we highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area.

The hotel is located very near to the train station, which makes it super convenient for travelers. Plus, there are great food options on campus and the service is top-notch. the spa is a great experience too, just make sure to learn about Japanese onsen etiquette before going.
There was some confusion with room bookings and pricing that caused an unpleasant experience during check-in.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Kashihara Jingu Mae train station, making it easy to access. Additionally, there are three restaurants within the hotel that offer extremely good food, and the front desk staff provide exceptional service.
One negative aspect was that during check-in, one staff member forgot to issue the breakfast ticket that had already been paid for during reservations.

The hotel's complimentary breakfast was one of the best we have ever had! The staff were incredibly hospitable and always willing to help us with recommendations for local restaurants and transportation. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect for our city trip, with easy access to public transportation and many local shops and restaurants.
The carpeting in the room was old and stained, which made it appear not well-maintained. Additionally, the internet connection was spotty, which made it difficult for us to plan our city trip.
